Topic: The FAANG Test strategy, - Does it work for me?
Abstract: We are surrounded by technology. - Technology that drives everything around us. Be it searching for an answer, catching up with friends, new gadgets for communication, retail shopping or movies. All these companies have their distinct business models and hence their own ways and means of building and testing their products. That being said, they do have a common thread in terms of implementation and testing of these products.
This talk talks about the microservices architecture in these companies and how a fully automated CI/CD solution helps them in getting where they want to go and tries to bring about a perspective for testers and companies at large if this a strategy they would want to adopt for their testing. It has done wonders for them but the real question is ... does it work for me? Perhaps it does or perhaps it does not.
